Dear Madame,

Through this letter we inform you that our order shoes package had arrived on time. Upon service of the brothers, we say thank you.

However, at the time an order is opened, we found some damage to the goods that we ordered. As for some of the damage that we've found in :
  • 5 Everflow – Heels 5cm : high-heels broken due to damaged packaging.
  • 3 Everflow – Boots : flaking on the surface of the shoe.
  • 2 Everflow – Casual : dirty

As evidence , such damaged goods we send back to you for review and your concern.

We hope we did not order the goods were damaged like this again in the future because this is hurting our company's commercial rate. Thus, we submit this  letter  with intent so that in the future the same thing did not happen.
